- 08:30 - 13:00: Swim course familiarization for middle and long distance triathletes
- 08:30 - 18:00: Bike & run course familiarization
- 10:00 - 16:00: Beach entertainment
- 12:00 – 15:00: Lunch on the beach
- 16:30 - 17:30: Race Briefing - Long & Middle Distance
- 17:30 - 21:00: Sunset DJ
- 18:30 - 21:00: Dinner on the beach or Hotel/s
- 18:30 - 19:30: Opening Ceremony
Saturday 5th
- 07:00 - 18:00: Excursions by T365 (safari, kayaking, island biking, horse riding, paddle boarding, hydro bike, etc)
- 06:00: Transition zone final check (placement of nutrition) - Long Distance
- 06:00 - 18:00: Mechanical support - open all day
- 06:00: Bag drop / dry clothes - Long Distance
- 06:00: Swim start check-in - Long Distance
- 07:00: TRIATHLON - Long Distance (Age Groups) (Team UAE Qualification Event)

- 11:00-12:30: Awards ceremony on terminal beach - Community Races - rolling ceremonies
- 12:00 – 15:00: Lunch on the beach
- 12:30-14:00: Awards & closing ceremony on terminal beach - All triathlon races
- 13:00 - 18:00: Shuttle busses from Al Dhannah Port to Abu Dhabi
