Participant data is stored in the registration platform provided by Active, this data is not used by any third-parties or used for commercial activities. The data is controlled by (race organiser) and Challenge Family GmbH, who will use the participant data for newsletters, race information and invitation to The Championship (when qualified) and analysis for marketing optimization.

2.3       Payment Information

If you purchase tickets or event services through our platform, or through our authorised third-party platforms, we may collect payment card information, billing address, and transaction details. Please note that we do not store payment card information; it is processed securely through third party payment processors.

We may collect and store communications you have with us, including emails and messages sent through our website or mobile apps.

2.5       Technical Information
