On Arrival Visas
A visa is required to enter the UAE except for Nationals (Citizens) from the following countries that will be issued entry permits upon arrival at the airport in the UAE.

Obtaining Visas
If you’re planning to visit the UAE, you may be required to apply for a visa, even if you’re just transiting through Abu Dhabi.
