Day 1: Thursday, 3 April
- 10am – 6pm: Arrival in Abu Dhabi & board the cruise ship
- Participants, friends and family members board the cruise liner at Zayed Port, Abu Dhabi.
- Check in and enjoy all of the on-board entertainment, lounge around pool, spa treatments and much more.
- 7pm: Sunset Sail
- Depart from Abu Dhabi to Sir Bani Yas Island.
- 7:30pm: Welcome Dinner
- Enjoy a warm welcome and dinner filled with a variety of entertainment.
Day 1 : Friday, 04 April
All Day:
- 9:00: Race village opens – race pack collection, bike technical support and a variety of exhibitors that will assist and enhance your race experience.
- From 9:30: Racecourse familiarisation and bike racking
- 12:00 – 15:00: Lunch on the beach
- 18:00: Meet the Pros – Interviews
- 17:30 – 21:00: Welcome dinner & Entertainment
- 21:00: Race village closes
Day 2: Saturday, 05 April
- 05:00: Race village opens
- All Day:
- Supporter services including transfers to vantage and aid stations points on the cycling course.
- Excursions and entertainment for family members, friends and athletes who have completed their races.
- Finish Line Festival to encourage and ‘carry’ all our athletes across the finish line.
- 7:00: Start – Long Distance Triathlon
- 10:30: Start – Middle Distance Triathlon – Professional Male
- 10:40: Start – Middle Distance Triathlon – Professional Female
- 11:00am: Start – Middle Distance Triathlon – Age Groupers (Team UAE Qualification Event)
- 12:00 – 15:00: Lunch on the beach
- 15:30: Start – Olympic Distance Triathlon (Team UAE Qualification Event)
- 16:30: Community Races – Swimming
- 17:00: Community Races – Mangrove Sunset Kayaking
- 18:00: Community Races – Beach Games
- 19:00: Dinner & Finish line entertainment
- 00:00: Last athlete finish
Day 3: Sunday, 06 April
- 7:00: Race village opens
- 7:00 – 14:00: Bike check out
- 7:00 – 16:00: Island excursions, relaxation, and a variety of entertainment to choose from on the beach.
- 9:00: Community Races: Cycling
- 10:00: Community Races: Running
- 12:00 – 15:00: Lunch & entertainment on the beach
- 13:00 – 18:00: Shuttle buses from Al Dhannah Port to Abu Dhabi
- 16:00: Race village closes
Day 5: Monday, 7 April
Cruise ship arrives Zayed Port, Abu Dhabi.
- 6:00am – 12:00pm: Awaken, breakfast, relaxation and cruise ship disembarkation.
